Do I have to buy new GPS trackers?
No. The platform supports 270 standard GPS protocols. If you already have devices from a typical tracker vendor (Teltonika, Concox, Queclink, Coban, Ruptela, etc.), we point them at our endpoint and they appear on the map. If you need new units, we source compatible hardware.
Is this Odoo Fleet?
No — the standard ERP Fleet module is not used. CodifyAI Fleet is our own module (designed for live GPS + driver app + customer portal); the standard module is replaced entirely so you do not run two parallel systems.
Does the mileage logbook meet SKAT / ANAF requirements?
The logbook is designed to support the requirements of SKAT (Denmark) and ANAF (Romania) for digital trip records: start/end addresses, distance, business/private classification, driver, timestamps, signed PDF export. Final acceptance is always at the discretion of the auditor; we provide the records and the audit trail.
Where is the data hosted?
EU data centres (Hetzner Helsinki / Falkenstein). You own your data; full export at any time. Designed to support GDPR requirements; signed DPA available on request.
Can drivers see only their own data?
Yes. Permissions are per-vehicle and per-driver. The driver mobile app shows only the trips, jobs and documents assigned to that driver. Customer share links expose nothing beyond a single live location.
